Requesting and Paying for Services

Visitors can request and pay for lab services online via our website. Once a request is received:

  1. We may send the sample collection package to your location for home collection.
  2. Alternatively, you may come to our lab in New Cairo for sample collection.

By making a payment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to comply with Pro-GenTech’s service procedures.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by Pro-GenTech. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You should review their terms and policies before using any third-party services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability
